ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

Let’s be honest. Life is messy. And pretending it’s not? Exhausting. If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, welcome.

You might be holding more than you can carry. Maybe you’re functioning just fine on the outside, but inside it’s chaos. Or maybe things aren’t fine, and you’re sick of pretending they are. Maybe you’ve been through it. Maybe you’re just stuck in your own head. Maybe you’ve hit a breaking point. Or maybe you’re just tired of doing everything alone. Whatever your story is, you don’t need to explain why you’re here. You just get to be here.

What You’ll Find With Me

This isn’t therapy where I sit quietly and blink at you. This is real conversation, honest connection, deep listening, and sometimes uncomfortable truths, because healing asks for that too. I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you cookie-cutter advice. I’m here to walk beside you while you figure out what healing looks like for you.

I work with people from all walks of life. I don’t care what your background is, what you believe, who you love, or how messy things feel. If you’re human and hurting, I care.

I work with people who are…

  • Holding invisible grief or complicated trauma

  • Working through anxiety, depression, or self-doubt

  • Trying to break cycles but not sure how

  • Feeling out of place, misunderstood, or like they’ve lost themselves

  • Navigating identity, life transitions, burnout, boundaries, or just… surviving

  • Wanting more than just “coping” they want clarity, peace, and something real

Whether this is your first time in therapy or your fifth try, this space is built for you. No judgment. No performative empathy. Just presence, patience, and perspective.

What I Believe

I believe healing doesn’t always look like a sunrise and a gratitude journal. Sometimes it looks like crying in your car. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary and wanting to vomit. Sometimes it’s just showing up, even when everything in you says, “don’t bother.”

I believe in meeting people where they are, not where anyone says they should be. I believe your story matters, even if it’s messy, complicated, or still unfolding.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be willing. Willing to try something different. To say, “I can’t keep doing it like this.” Willing to say yes to yourself, maybe for the first time in a long time. If that’s where you are, I’m here. Let’s take it one honest conversation at a time.
