ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

You don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine. You can stop holding your breath, drop the mask, and finally say the things you’ve been shoving down for way too long. This is the space where you get to be messy, human, and honest, without judgment, fixing, or fake positivity.

You’re just trying to hold it together. To not snap. To keep showing up for work, for family, for everyone while quietly wondering, “When do I get to fall apart?” You’re exhausted from doing “okay.” You’ve read the self-help posts, tried the mindfulness apps, promised yourself you’d “start journaling again,” and still… life feels heavy, relationships feel complicated, and your brain won’t shut up long enough to catch a breath.

Maybe you’re overthinking every text you send. Maybe you’re stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing, guilt, and trying to fix things that aren’t yours to fix. Maybe you’re in a relationship that feels like a constant game of emotional dodgeball or you’re navigating family dynamics that drain you dry.

And then there’s that quiet voice asking, “Who even am I underneath all this?” You might be exploring who you are, what you want, or what it means to be you in your body, in your relationships, in your world. You might be part of the LGBTQ+, poly, kink, or alternative lifestyle community and just want a place where you don’t have to explain yourself or edit your truth.

Here, you get to be messy, complicated, curious, and real. You get to unlearn the shame that told you your emotions are “too much.” You get to rebuild what balance, connection, and worth actually mean for you, without judgment, without performance, and without someone telling you to “just think positive.”

You don’t need to be fixed. You just need space to breathe. You just have to show up as you are, in all your realness and we’ll start from there.

*Transgender and LGBQIA+ knowledgable, competent, and accepting. Poly, kink, fetish, consensual non-monogamy, and more are all welcome and safe here! I can provide help with gender confirmation surgery letters if needed and if you qualify.
