ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!!
You Don’t Need Another Therapist Who Nods and Says “Mmhm.” You need someone who actually sees you. You’ve spent your whole life being misunderstood. Told you were “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” “too loud,” “too distracted,” “too much.” And now? You’re exhausted from masking, from trying to make everyone else comfortable, and from carrying stories you’ve never had permission to unpack.
If you’re here, it’s probably because something inside you whispered, “I can’t keep doing this crap alone” and guess what? You don’t have to!
What therapy looks like with me:
It’s raw. It’s honest.
I’m not going to just sit there with a clipboard asking, “And how does that make you feel?” (Though, yeah… I might ask it if it actually matters.) I don’t do therapist voice. I don’t sit above you, I sit with you. I listen and I believe you. When you fall apart, I don’t tell you to “get back up.” I sit in the mess with you until you’re ready to move again.
We talk about everything. The shame, the guilt, the pressure, the pride, the fear, the family wounds. The things no one else gets. The impossible expectations. The quiet wish to finally feel free, even if you’re not sure how to get there.
What I will do is show up for real. Authentically and no judgment. Just a human talking to another human about all the messy, beautiful, heartbreaking, confusing parts of being alive. We’ll talk about trauma, addiction, identity, culture, neurodivergence, relationships, shame, grief, and whatever else shows up in the room. We’ll also talk about how to actually live in your body without feeling like you need to apologize for it.
Why I do this work:
Because I come from the same world. Because I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t fully belong anywhere, and to smile while something inside you breaks. Because your story matters, even if no one’s ever really listened to it. Because you deserve to heal, in your language, with someone who understands what it means to carry a family’s history that was never spoken.
Because I know what it feels like to not have the words. To feel like you don’t belong. Because I’ve sat across from people who’ve been through hell and somehow still say, “I don’t think it was that bad.” It was and it matters. Because I believe therapy isn’t about slapping labels on people. It’s about helping you unlearn all the ways you were told you weren’t enough and finding your way back to yourself.
Who I Work With:
If you’ve ever sat on the edge of a bed or the edge of a bottle or the edge of yourself and wondered if anyone would ever really get it, You’re my people.
I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and life with neurodivergence. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities and making sure you have access not just to therapy—but to real support, real resources, and real understanding.
If you’re waiting for the perfect time to start therapy, it’s not coming. There is no perfect time. Just right now. Just this moment where you said, “Something has to change.”
So, let’s start there. Bring your anger. Your grief. Your joy. Your confusion. Your exhaustion. Bring your silence. Bring all the parts of you that have been waiting to breathe.
You don’t have to earn healing. You just have to show up and I’ll be here when you do.
