ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!!
Therapy isn't just about figuring out what's wrong. It's about understanding yourself, your relationships, and why you keep finding yourself in the same places, even when you're trying so hard to do things differently.
My approach to therapy is about getting curious about what's happening beneath the surface. Sometimes our bodies hold onto things our minds have tried to move past. Sometimes we find ourselves reacting in ways we don't quite understand, repeating familiar patterns, or feeling disconnected from the people we love (including ourselves). Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and create room for something different.
I especially love working with couples who feel like they've somehow lost their way to each other. Maybe every conversation turns into an argument, the same disagreements keep showing up, intimacy feels distant, or you're living together but not really connecting. Maybe you love each other but can't seem to get out of the cycle you're stuck in. We'll work to understand what's really happening underneath those moments, what each of you needs but struggles to express, and how to find your way back to feeling like partners rather than opponents. The goal isn't to never disagree. It's to learn how to hear each other, show up honestly, work through the hard stuff, and reconnect.
I also enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, grief, questions about identity or sexuality, major life changes, or the feeling that they've somehow lost themselves along the way. Maybe you've spent so much time keeping everyone else happy that you've forgotten what you actually want. Maybe you've learned to make yourself smaller, push your feelings aside, or become whoever other people need you to be. Or maybe you just know something isn't quite right, but you can't put your finger on what it is.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I'm interested in helping you get to know yourself beyond the roles you've played, the expectations you've carried, and the ways you've learned to survive. I believe there's more to therapy than learning to cope with what's hard. It's also about reconnecting with the parts of yourself you've tucked away, finding your voice, and creating relationships where you can show up as your whole, imperfect, wonderfully human self.
